Top offshoring solutions provider Yempo celebrates 10th anniversary with new CSR initiative

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, top offshoring solutions company Yempo has upgraded its referrals scheme, allowing clients to contribute to its highly regarded Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.

“Yempo is strongly committed to making a difference in the lives of the needy, and we take great pride in attracting clients who share the same passion. With the 2025 Client Referrals Package, we are able to give back to the community, and celebrate 10 years of success in the most meaningful way,” explained Michelle Fiegehen, Yempo’s Australian CEO.

Yempo is a specialist provider of outsourced, Philippines-based accounting, finance, and Information Technology (IT) professionals to clients in Australia, UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Japan. It was founded by Michelle, who has decades of experience working for multinational financial services enterprises and managing global IT teams.

The updated package lets clients donate Yempo’s management fees from referred companies to a charity of their choice in their country, or to any of Yempo’s CSR partners: Everlasting Hope (Cebu) or Jaden and Friends (Manila), or Island Rescue Organization (Cebu) or CARA Welfare Philippines (Manila).

Everlasting Hope is a hospice that provides support to disadvantaged children with cancer, while Jaden and Friends is a community of advocates for children with Down Syndrome who have congenital heart disease. Island Rescue Organization is a volunteer group and shelter for animals, especially senior and special-needs dogs and cats, and CARA Welfare is a facility that promotes adoption, humane education, and responsible pet ownership.

Since 2015, Yempo has raised funds and visited worthy children’s and animal welfare causes in Cebu and Manila, two big cities in the Philippines. Its staff, management, and clients have generously contributed cash, in-kind gifts, and their time over the years, to share with the disadvantaged.
